Frequently asked questions

My company already has its own chat server?

Flygo Chat works with your server: users simply enter its address when signing in. Flygo can also configure your domain so staff sign in with just their work email.

Where is the data stored?

On your own company’s chat server, either self-hosted or hosted by Flygo just for you. Flygo Chat has no ads and does not track users.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Register with the form on this page and Flygo will contact you to set up a trial for your business.

How do staff sign in?

Staff enter their work email and the app finds the company’s chat server from the email domain. If the domain is not configured yet, they can type the server address instead.

Does AI read my messages?

Only if you agree to use an AI assistant or AI Translate. The relevant content is then sent to Anthropic Claude or OpenAI through your company’s own AI assistant.
